Nutrivalue.gr cooperates with the courier services company ACS COURIER for dispatching its products.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR GREECE:
For orders over €39, shipping is FREE.
For orders less than €39, shipping costs are €2 for mainland deliveries and €3 for deliveries to the islands.
In case of COD deliveries, there is an extra charge of €2.
Shipping time for Greece is 7 working days from the time you receive the order confirmation e-mail. Orders placed on Friday after 14:00, as well as on weekends, are processed on Monday. Delays of more than 7 days may be due to extreme weather conditions or strikes.

Shipping costs are €10.

SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION:
Orders placed in countries outside the European Union are shipped on Wednesdays and shipping time is 7 working days from the time you receive the order confirmation e-mail. The shipping costs (for parcels up to 2kg) per European zone are the following:
EC1: €10.00
EC2: €13.00
EC3: €17.00
EC1: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Lichtenstein, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Check Republic.
EC2: France, United Kingdom*, Italy**, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, Rumania, Slovenia.
EC3: Estonia, Spain***, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Finland.
*We do not ship to the Channel Islands. **We do not ship to the Vatican and San Marino. *** We do not ship to Andorra and Gibraltar.
SHIPPING COST TO THIRD COUNTRIES:
The shipping cost for third countries (outside the European Union) is €15.00. Shipping time is 10 working days from the time you receive the order confirmation e-mail.
PLACE AND TIME OF DELIVERY:
Delivery time is from Monday to Friday and from 09:00am to 17:00pm. Your parcel will be delivered to the address you indicated in your order, after ACS COURIER calls you at the telephone number you also indicated in your order.
