This pack is valid for 1 month from the date you purchase your first online session.

Upon payment, you will receive a form to complete and return, and then we will proceed to
setting the date and time of our session.
During the session:

– we will discuss your medical history and your specific needs
– together we will formulate your diet plan based on your daily habits and routine
– the finalised diet plan will be e-mailed to you
